Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full Time
Join our rehabilitation team as a Full-Time COTA in Charlevoix, MI and help patients regain independence, improve function, and reach their therapy goals.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of an OT
- Assist patients with ADLs, strength, coordination, and functional independence
- Follow individualized treatment plans
- Document treatments and patient progress
- Communicate with the OT and interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in patient-centered care and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Michigan COTA license/certification
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous SNF experience preferred but not required
