About the Role

We are looking for a skilled, motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our service team.

If you are a technician who wants the opportunity to flag more hours, stay productive, and work in a busy shop, this may be a great fit.

One of the advantages of working here is that our technicians are not limited to customer-pay and warranty work. Our technicians also have the opportunity to work on used vehicles and new vehicle PDIs, giving you additional opportunities to stay busy and produce hours.


Responsibilities include:

· Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently

· Perform maintenance and repair services according to manufacturer standards

· Complete multi-point inspections and identify needed repairs

· Perform warranty, customer-pay, used vehicle, and internal repairs

· Perform new vehicle pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)

· Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding diagnosis and repair recommendations

· Document findings and repairs accurately

· Complete repairs within established time standards

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures

· Perform quality checks and road tests when necessary

· Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards

Requirements

  

· Previous automotive technician experience preferred

· Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

· Ability to accurately diagnose vehicle concerns

· Ability to perform repairs efficiently and correctly the first time

· Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Must provide or have access to appropriate technician tools

· Valid driver's license required

· ASE certifications are a plus

· Manufacturer certifications are a plus
