MASSAGE THERAPY SPECIALIST

Berkeley Hall Club is seeking a Massage Therapy Specialist on a contract-basis to perform the Scope of Services listed below.

Scope of Services:

  • Provide spa, esthetician, and massage services to members and guests.
  • Utilize industry knowledge, expertise, and education to create, develop and consistently update member spa services and offerings.
  • Provide members and guests with timely and efficient service(s).  
  • Continually inspect treatment rooms for organization and cleanliness.
  • Clean wet areas as necessary pre- and post-spa service appointment.
  • Perform other services as requested by Director of Wellness.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Health Sciences, Exercise Science or related field is a plus.
  • Exceptional spa program and spa services acumen and good customer service skills.  
  • Experience working in an upscale fitness center, spa, country club, or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Certification/License: 

  • Certification in First Aid, CPR/AED 
  • Current Licensed Massage Therapist for the State of South Carolina 

Pay: Commission structure on spa services performed

Schedule: Flexible with hours ranging from 8am to 5pm
