About the Role

We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family. #AAA

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist in Parramatta or surrounding suburbs to join our Western Sydney team, supporting a varied community-based caseload.

In this role you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based Speech Pathology services to NDIS participants
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive outcomes
  • Provide informal support and guidance to graduate and early-career clinicians through collaboration and shared practice
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and clinical discussions, drawing on your experience

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

  • Current Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services, ideally within the disability or community sector
  • Experience providing supervision or support to graduate and early-career clinicians
