General Catering Assistant- two roles.

Love catering, but need a job that fits around the family? We have two term-time roles available!
We are a friendly, welcoming catering team at Ashville College, Harrogate.
1st role: Monday- Friday, during term-time only. Two shift choices to choose, either 10.30-2.45 or 11-3.15. You will help us to serve lunch, clean & clear in our main Dining Hall and our smaller Pre-school as required.
2nd role: Monday - Thursday 11-4 and 8.30-4 on Fridays, term-time only. This will suit a true all-rounder who is happy to share their time between front & back of house each day. Front of house includes lunch service, back of house includes helping to clear trays, wash up and some light cleaning.
We're easily accessible by car or public transport from Harrogate or Leeds. Free parking, free lunch, free family access to the Sports Centre and swimming pool, free uniform and shoes provided.
Salary is £12.71 per hour + holiday pay, paid equally over 12 months.

Job Description
Setting up the Dining Hall counters and serving meals
Cleaning, sweeping and mopping
Assisting in each servery area as required.
Some lifting and moving of tables in pre-school only.
Qualifications
Must resident and have the right to work in the UK. Must be able to pass an enhanced DBS security.
Experience of catering in a school environment is desirable
Some knowledge of Health & Safety & Food Safety is desirable
Fit and able to carry out the light manual handling involved in this role
