Shoreland Transport Inc., a division of Cooke is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 3 month contract in St. George, NB. 

This is an exciting expansion opportunity for someone who loves to be hands-on and personal with their customers. Handling customer requirements from start to finish.

This challenging opportunity consists of

  • Building on and establishing customer relationships
  • Order entry, ensuring accurate and complete information is received.
  • Scheduling pickup and delivery appointments
  • Working closely with the operations team to ensure Customers On-time delivery expectations are met or exceeded
  • Liaison between shippers, receivers, and operations to ensure delays and issues are communicated timely and efficiently
  • Accessorial charge management
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidates should have

  • Strong customer service focus
  • Customer Service experience in the Transportation Industry considered an asset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hours of Service and geographical knowledge
  • Transportation weights and measures
  • Experience with TruckMate (Maddox) considered an asset
