Description

For more than 30 years, Omni CleanAir has protected people by improving the air they breathe. Now we’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to help bring that mission to more customers than ever.

As a Customer Success Specialist at Omni CleanAir, you will play a crucial role in ensuring satisfaction and success of our customers and authorized resellers by supporting our multi-channel go-to-market including our e-commerce online store. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships, providing expert guidance, and delivering outstanding support to enhance the overall customer experience. Using your exceptional customer service skills, you will drive impact from pre-sale support through order fulfillment and ultimately customer satisfaction and success. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Our Culture: The Silver Falls Way

Culture isn’t something we bolted on, it’s how we work. We call it The Silver Falls Way, five values that guide everything we do: Purpose, People, Truth, Humility, and Possibility. Our culture is what sets us apart: it’s how we attract people who care, keep them for the long term, and turn that commitment into better products and better outcomes for our customers. In practice, that means we invest in our people, empowering them to think big, take risks, and grow into their full potential, and we expect honesty and candor from everyone, ourselves included. Are you energized by ownership, continuous improvement, and the chance to leave something better than you found it? If so, you’ll find a place that hears your ideas, supports your growth, and gives your work visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed understanding of the Omni CleanAir portfolio of products to effectively educate and guide customers.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.
  • Support the commercial team in expanding distribution and feet on the street through partnerships.
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and answering customer queries.
  • Data and order entry, invoicing and sales operations reporting, with a sense of timeliness and ensuring the highest-level of accuracy.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and relay insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify areas for process optimization to enhance the overall customer journey.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma/GED. Associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Optimistic, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com, Zoho CRM or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales, customer success, account management or similar position.
  • Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
  • Being physically present and available at our Monroe location.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Location: You’ll work from our Monroe, WA headquarters every workday. Our work is hands-on. We solve real manufacturing and operational challenges together and stay close to what our customers need, in real time, and we’ve found that happens best when we’re in the same building. Being in person is core to how we move quickly, serve our customers well, and stay connected as a team.
