What You’ll Work On

• Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs to Toyota standards
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
• Execute multi-point inspections with integrity and clear documentation
• Communicate findings clearly to service advisors
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Follow dealership and manufacturer compliance standards

• Consistent RO flow from a high-volume service department

Performance Expectations

• 40–60+ flat-rate hours per week (based on skill and efficiency)
• Efficiency target: 100%+
• Comeback rate: <1%
• Safety and compliance: 100% adherence

What It Takes

• 2+ years prior automotive technician experience
• ASE certifications or Toyota experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic ability
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Team-first attitude and steady communication
