Spanish Peaks Regional Health Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Clinic team. We are looking for a provider who values patient relationships, enjoys working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals, and is committed to caring for individuals and families throughout our community. 


Salary Range: $103,000-$133,900.00 annually based on qualifications. Fulltime position. 

Requirements

As a member of our team, you will participate directly in the management of patient care, providing evaluation, assessment, and medication management for outpatient patients within the scope of your license and under the supervision of the assigned physician.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide compassionate, patient-centered family medicine care.
  • Evaluate and assess outpatient patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
  • Provide medication evaluation and management within your scope of practice.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and families.
  • Contribute to the health and well-being of the community we serve.

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

  • Current Colorado RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact (multi-state) licensure required.
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license required.
  • Current National Advanced Practice Nurse Certification preferred.
  • Master's degree required.
  • Previous clinical experience in family practice preferred.
  • Previous inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Physician Assistant (PA)

  • Current Colorado PA license/certification required.
  • Master's degree required.
  • Previous clinical experience in family practice preferred.
  • Previous inpatient hospital experience preferred.
