Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an outpatient primary care position in the Greater Sacramento, California area. This position provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, including acute and chronic disease management, preventive care, and wellness visits while collaborating with physicians and clinical staff.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Primary Care Serving Patients Of All Ages
• Monday-Friday Schedule With Dedicated Administrative Time
• Approximately 3 Patients Per Hour
• 20-Minute Appointments
• Two Telehealth Visits Built Into Each Day
• Collaborative Multidisciplinary Care Team
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Serve Diverse And Underserved Communities Throughout Greater Sacramento

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $145,600-$215,000 Annually

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• Outpatient Schedule
• Dedicated Administrative Time
• Approximately 3 Patients Per Hour
• 20-Minute Appointments

ROLE
• Provide Comprehensive Primary Care For Patients Of All Ages

• Provide Telehealth Visits As Part Of The Daily Schedule
• Collaborate With Experienced Physicians And Clinical Staff

Requirements

Requirements
• California Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant License REQUIRED
• Current DEA REQUIRED
• Current BLS Certification REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Outpatient Primary Care To Patients Of All Ages REQUIRED

Preferred
• 1-2 Years Of Outpatient Primary Care Experience Preferred
• Community Health Or FQHC Experience Preferred
• Spanish, Russian, Farsi Or Pashto/Pushto Language Skills Preferred
