Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient pediatric primary care position in the Greater Sacramento, California area. This role provides comprehensive pediatric primary care including preventive visits, well-child exams, acute care, chronic disease management, immunizations, and developmental screenings.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Outpatient Pediatric Primary Care
• Monday-Friday Schedule With Built-In Administrative Time
• Approximately 3 Patients Per Hour
• 20-Minute Appointments
• Two Telehealth Visits Integrated Into The Daily Schedule
• Collaborative Multidisciplinary Support Team
• EPIC Electronic Medical Record
• Serve A Diverse And Underserved Pediatric Population

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $255,008-$331,510 Annually Based On Experience

SCHEDULE
• Monday-Friday
• Outpatient Schedule
• Built-In Administrative Time
• Approximately 3 Patients Per Hour
• 20-Minute Appointments
• Two Telehealth Visits Integrated Into The Daily Schedule

ROLE
• Provide Comprehensive Outpatient Pediatric Primary Care
• Provide Preventive Visits And Well-Child Exams
• Provide Acute Care
• Manage Chronic Conditions
• Provide Immunizations
• Perform Developmental Screenings
• Provide Telehealth Visits As Part Of The Daily Schedule
• Work Alongside A Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team
• Provide Care To A Diverse And Underserved Pediatric Population

Requirements

Requirements
• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Pediatrics REQUIRED
• California Medical License Or Eligibility For California Medical Licensure REQUIRED
• Ability To Practice Outpatient Pediatric Medicine In A Team-Based Environment REQUIRED

Preferred
• Community Health Or Outpatient Pediatric Experience Preferred
• Spanish, Russian, Farsi Or Pashto/Pushto Language Skills Preferred
