About the Role
Your mission
Hey there and welcome to your new opportunity with us.Being a Manufacturing Process Engineer is an exciting task, since you are the superhero, our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs; therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and ensure smooth transfer of new products into mass production.
- Identify and resolve DFM and manufacturing process issues and follow up improvement actions to closure.
- Support R&D in the introduction and validation of new components, materials and manufacturing processes.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes for PV inverter and energy storage products.
- Conduct PFMEA and process risk assessments to identify and prevent potential production issues.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, process flow charts and other process documentation.
- Optimise existing processes to improve quality, efficiency and cost competitiveness.
- Support the selection and introduction of electrical components and materials, such as wires, terminals and connectors.
- Support process standardisation, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement activities.
Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s the reason why it is essential for you to have:- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, industrial automation, power electronics or a related industry.
- Experience with PV inverters, energy storage systems, power supplies or other electrical/electronic products is an advantage.
- Good understanding of electrical components and basic electrical schematics.
- Experience with PFMEA, Process Flow, SOPs and other manufacturing quality tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with a hands-on approach.
- Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with CAD is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP, PLM, MES/MOM or other manufacturing systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English (B2 or above). Polish is a plus
- Proactive, responsible and able to work effectively with R&D, Production, Quality and other functions.
