The Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships supports our Strategic Partnership team in building and managing relationships with 3rd party partners of technological solutions. Magnite has a range of partnerships that are core to the development of continued success in the organization. Magnite invests in these relationships to drive thought leadership, differentiate, and satisfy current and future customers who rely on 3rd party technologies for successful advertising.
In this role you will:
Act as the lead for our most critical SEA partners. Own the full lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiating complex agreements to launching and scaling them.
Manage day- to-day interactions with 3rd party technology partners
Support internal teams to help and foster partner growth and revenue
Increase the awareness of Magnite offerings in partner companies
Create training materials for partner launches and coordinate internal trainings
Create tactical executable strategy that aligns across multiple partner segments for our 3rd party technology partners
We’re looking for someone with:
Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years of experience with partner management or business development in online advertising, data onboarding, or adtech.
Experience identifying partners, analyzing and structuring complex agreements with a proven track record of success in negotiation and execution.
Experience working with senior executives and cross-functional teams (Product Management, Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, etc.) across all levels of management to drive successful partnerships.
Ability to balance competing tasks and manage multiple time-sensitive projects/agreements in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to speak to technology in a group setting, as well as, the ability to convey complex technical requirements and ideas to both technical and commercially to stakeholders focused internally and externally
Strategic thinking and creative thinking with tactical execution skills and able to identify potential strategic alignment across multiple partner segments.
