Early Care and Education is a locally owned and operated, nationally accredited preschool program dedicated to raising the bar in early childhood education. Our mission is to create a preschool and after-school program that exceeds state and national standards while allowing children to thrive, explore, and learn through play. We prepare children not only to excel academically but also to develop a lifelong love of learning.


Join Our School Family
We are seeking enthusiastic and caring teachers who can serve as positive role models for our infants, preschool-aged children, and elementary-aged students in our after-school program, STEM Station. We are specifically looking for Pre-K support teachers to join our Pre-K program and help close these programs. Monday to Friday, with more shifts available if needed. Shifts include: 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to drive a mini bus (after-school teachers only)
  • Experience working with young children
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and run to keep up with active young children
  • Strong communication and interaction skills with children and parents
  • Compassion, respect, and patience for young children

Teacher Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, healthy, and nurturing classroom environment
  • Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth
  • Document attendance records, food program compliance, developmental milestones, accident reports, and daily communication with parents
  • Use positive guidance techniques through the implementation of Conscious Discipline
  • Collaborate respectfully and professionally with other team members to ensure the success of the children and the school family

Monday to Friday with shifts available. Shifts may include:

  • 2:00 PM to 6:30 PM
