About the Role
Description
Service Technician / Service Foreman — Commercial HVAC (Fresno, CA)
ASSC is looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our fast-growing Fresno team. This is an exciting opportunity to get in early with a company that's expanding in the area — for the right person, there's real room to grow. If you take pride in diagnosing problems right the first time and keeping commercial systems running reliably for our customers, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and controls
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to service calls across the Fresno service area
- Complete accurate, detailed service documentation and communicate clearly with customers on-site
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on every job
- Take ownership of your work and represent ASSC professionally in the field
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 10 of commercial/ Industrial HVAC/R service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to work independently
- A team-first attitude and a commitment to doing quality work
- *This is a Union Position
