STARTER (On Call)

Summary:

The Golf Course Starters welcomes each guest courteously to our Eagle Falls Golf Course.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Make sure all golf groups are prompt for their tee-times.
• Checks the GPS system on each cart to insure proper working order.
• Pairs golfers together for convenience and speed of play.
• Inform all golfers of local rules and their responsibilities as to the speed of play and the general maintenance of the golf course.
• Checks receipts for proper payment.
• Sets up the driving range for daily use.
• This is an On Call position.

This position is not limited to those duties listed in the job description. Duties and responsibilities can be changed, expanded, reduced or deleted to meet business needs of the company.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements

• Must have High School Diploma or GED/equivalent.
• Must have two year prior resort Starter experience.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.

The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employees may be exposed to second-hand smoke and moderate levels of noise.
