Position Summary

The Banquet Manager contributes to memorable events at Vinarosa Resort by delivering service that reflects our dedication to exceptional guest experiences, trust-based relationships, collaborative teamwork, detail-driven hospitality, and results-oriented performance that enhances long-term asset value. This role supports precise execution of Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), collaborative teamwork, and attentive guest service to ensure successful meetings, celebrations, and special events.

Key Responsibilities

· Execute banquet and event service in strict accordance with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)

· Set up, break down, and reset event spaces to specification and brand standards

· Provide polished, attentive guest service throughout events

· Coordinate service timing with culinary, beverage, and operations teams

· Ensure proper handling of food, beverages, and event equipment

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of event venues

· Comply with food safety and responsible alcohol service requirements

· Support service recovery and guest issue resolution as needed

Requirements

  

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Previous banquet or hospitality experience preferred

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to follow detailed event instructions accurately

· Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Physical & Scheduling Requirements

Requires standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and extended event hours.

Work Environment Statement
