**Job Description:**

The Assistant Manager position requires a qualified professional to manage store operations and ensure adherence to company performance standards at our Phoenix, United States location. This role demands strong leadership capabilities and a commitment to operational excellence.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee daily store operations in conjunction with the Store Manager and ensure compliance with company standards
  • Direct, train, and supervise team members to meet established performance metrics and operational goals
  • Manage inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and product merchandising according to company specifications
  • Maintain store standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and strict adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues in accordance with company protocol
  • Develop and manage work schedules and monitor team member hours for operational efficiency
  • Execute loss prevention protocols and maintain store security measures
  • Evaluate sales data and implement performance improvement strategies
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives to support sales objectives
  • Execute opening and closing procedures as assigned

Qualifications

**Qualifications:**

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum 1 year of documented retail or customer service experience; prior management experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leadership, communication, and interpersonal relations
  • Capacity to maintain consistent availability, including evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • Competency in fundamental computer operations and point-of-sale system platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently in high-volume retail environments
  • Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising principles is preferred
  • Established track record of effectively directing and motivating team members toward organizational objectives
  • Advanced organizational competencies with demonstrated ability to prioritize complex tasks
  • Customer-centric orientation with a commitment to delivering superior service standards
