About the Role

WHAT YOU DO
- Eigenständige, vollumfängliche Projektleitung diverser Projekte mit Schwerpunkt im Automotive-Bereich von der ersten Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung über die laufende Kostenkontrolle bis zur finalen Abrechnung
- Ganzheitliche Kundenführung, -entwicklung sowie -beratung als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in in enger strategischer Abstimmung mit dem Key Account Director
- Fachliche Anleitung und Weiterentwicklung junioriger Profile im Projektmanagement und in der Beratung
- Souveräne Steuerung und operative Umsetzung vielfältiger Projektformate wie Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen, Retail-Strategien und Guidelines bis hin zu Events und Roadshowkits
- Interdisziplinäre Schnittstellenkoordination interner Teams, externer Dienstleister:innen und Kooperationspartner:innen unter strikter Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Budgets und Timelines
WHO YOU ARE
- Mind. 5–7 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Beratung, vorzugsweise mit tiefen Insights aus der Automotive-Branche oder der Live-Experience-Welt
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Entwicklung von Projektteams sowie ein ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Denken und strategische Beratungskompetenz
- Hohe Flexibilität und Begeisterung für ein vielfältiges Aufgabenfeld von der strategischen Konzeption (z. B. Formatentwicklung, Strategy Consulting) bis hin zur operativen Umsetzung
- Interdisziplinäre Denkweise, ausgeprägter Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, auch in intensiven Projektphasen stets den Überblick zu behalten
- Exzellente Präsentations-, Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsskills auf Deutsch und Englisch
