To help shape this transformation, the Cloud & Application Unit within our Technology Division is looking for an Agentic Software Delivery Architect.

This is not a traditional architecture role.

This is a leadership role focused on defining, implementing and scaling AI-enabled software delivery, while architecting the next generation of Agentic and AI-infused applications that combine human expertise, intelligent agents, enterprise data and modern cloud services.

You will help customers and teams navigate one of the biggest technology shifts of our generation and define what software engineering looks like in the age of Agentic AI.

Your Mission

As an Agentic Software Delivery Architect, your primary mission is to accelerate the adoption of AI-native software engineering and help organizations evolve towards next-generation delivery models.

You will help organizations evolve their software and solution delivery capabilities across the spectrum of AI-assisted, AI-augmented and AI-native engineering, enabling teams to leverage AI as a true force multiplier throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will act as a bridge between business strategy, engineering excellence, AI innovation and delivery transformation.

You will help define how AI agents, engineering platforms, automation capabilities and human expertise work together throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.

While architecture remains an important part of the role, your impact will be measured by your ability to transform software delivery, drive adoption and create tangible business outcomes through AI-enabled engineering.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You lead by example, working alongside delivery teams, architects and engineers to validate emerging practices, experiment with new AI capabilities and turn innovation into scalable delivery outcomes. You operate at the frontline of AI innovation, continuously exploring how Agentic AI can reshape the way software is designed, built, tested and operated.

You will not simply design solutions.

What You Will Do

AI & Agentic Software Delivery Leadership

• Drive the evolution of our Agentic Software Delivery Factory.
• Define and promote AI-native software delivery practices.
• Identify opportunities where AI agents can augment engineering teams and delivery processes.
• Establish reusable frameworks, methodologies and patterns for AI-enabled delivery.
• Help delivery teams operationalize AI throughout the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Drive measurable improvements in productivity, quality, predictability and customer outcomes.
• Promote responsible, secure and governed use of AI.

Software Delivery Transformation

• Help customers redefine their software delivery operating models.
• Guide organizations through AI adoption and engineering transformation journeys.
• Identify opportunities to optimize delivery processes using automation and intelligent agents.
• Support the implementation of modern engineering practices and platform-based delivery models.
• Help organizations move from traditional software development approaches towards AI-assisted and AI-native engineering.

Architecture & Modernization

• Design modern solution architectures that enable AI-enabled delivery and business innovation.
• Guide application modernization initiatives leveraging cloud, automation and AI.
• Support architecture decisions across cloud-native, distributed and enterprise platforms.
• Define scalable, secure and maintainable technology landscapes.
• Ensure architectural decisions support long-term business objectives and delivery efficiency.

AI Strategy & Innovation

• Track emerging developments in AI, Agentic Systems and software engineering.
• Translate innovation into practical customer solutions.
• Experiment with new approaches that improve engineering effectiveness.
• Contribute to the creation of new services, offerings and differentiators around AI-enabled delivery.
• Support strategic initiatives that position Inetum as a leader in AI-driven software engineering.

Customer Advisory & Pre-Sales

• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops on AI adoption, delivery transformation and modernization.
• Help customers understand the impact of Agentic AI on software delivery organizations.
• Shape solution approaches and transformation roadmaps.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to winning new business opportunities.
• Translate technical capabilities into measurable business value.

Community & Thought Leadership

• Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives across engineering communities.
• Mentor architects, engineers and technical leaders.
• Create reusable assets, accelerators and best practices.
• Promote a culture of experimentation, learning and innovation.
• Represent Inetum in customer engagements, industry events and technical communities.

Essential Experience

• Proven experience as a Software Architect, Technical Leader, Engineering Lead, Transformation Consultant or Senior Technology Advisor.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering and software delivery practices.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, DevOps, CI/CD and automation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical transformation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to connect technology decisions with business outcomes.
• Experience driving change across teams, departments or organizations.
• Strong communication, workshop facilitation and advisory capabilities.
• Passion for innovation and continuous learning.

AI-Focused Capabilities

• Strong interest in AI-enabled software engineering and Agentic AI.
• Understanding of how AI can transform software delivery and engineering organizations.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted development tools or software engineering automation platforms.
• Ability to identify practical opportunities for AI adoption.
• Understanding of responsible AI, governance, security and risk considerations.
• Ability to guide organizations through the people, process and technology aspects of AI transformation.
