About the Role

We’re hiring a Service Manager to lead the maintenance operations at one of our properties in Atlanta, GA.


You’ll work side by side with on-site teams to complete service requests, assist with unit turns, and keep our properties running at their best—all while being recognized (and paid!) for your skills.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances).
  • Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
  • Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to keep things running smoothly 24/7.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Service Manager or Lead Maintenance Technician preferred
  • Prior apartment or property maintenance experience.
  • EPA or HVAC certification required.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Great communication and customer service attitude.
  • A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves.
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
