This is hands-on manufacturing. Meaning, you’ll be on your feet, working with your hands, working in a dusty environment, and helping a busy maintenance team that supports our aerospace production team. Previous maintenance or production experience is helpful but not required; full training will be provided.
Reliable daily attendance is required. If you have a history of missing shifts or arriving late without notice, please do not waste your time or ours.
What You Will Do
- Perform basic maintenance duties for facility, including janitorial and small repairs, and light construction
- Complete basic maintenance on motorized equipment, including oil changes, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs
- Be a fast learner who can understand and follow technical instructions
- Diligently follow safety rules/practices to ensure performance of duties in a safe and consistent manner and comply with OSHA safe working rules and regulations
- Be responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work efficiently in a workshop environment
- Read, interpret and convey instructions, verbally and in written form, from peers and supervisors
- Demonstrate a daily commitment to advancing the company’s core mission, vision and operational values
- Reliable team player interested in a long-term position
- Other duties as assigned, such as helping other departments to meet company goals
Requirements
- Prior maintenance experience not required, but preferred
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Able to stand up to 8 hours/day, climb stairs to the mezzanine and ladders, and perform fine-detail tasks
- Maintain excellent daily attendance and punctuality
- Maintain collaborative and positive “can-do” attitude
Physical Requirements
The physical demand for this position requires the employee to be physically capable of working in a variety of environments and weather. Physical activities include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, twisting, turning, bending, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and reaching.
- Sitting 10 % of time

- Lifting 2 - 75 lbs. Various types of components, tools, and equipment
- Carrying 2 - 50 lbs. Various types of components, tools, and equipment
- Pushing 2 - 100 lbs. Various types of components, tools, and equipment
- Pulling 2 - 100 lbs. Various types of components, tools, and equipment
- Finger dexterity – the ability to make precisely coordinated movements of the fingers of one or both hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble very small objects.
- Arm-hand steadiness – the ability to keep your hand and arm steady while moving your arm or while holding your arm and hand in one position
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM. Overtime is never mandatory, but is often available, with occasional Saturday work.

PAY STARTS BETWEEN $20- $24 per hour, PLUS CASH BONUSES paid 3 times per year
