Organization & Work Transformation Consulting Trainee (Human Capital)

Would you like to support top Finnish and Nordic companies in leading successful transformations? Preparing for Future of Work and developing engaging employee experience? We are now searching for a Trainee to join our Organization and Work Transformation offering within Human Capital consulting team in Helsinki.   

We would like you to start your four-month full time Trainee period in January 2027. Many of our Trainees have continued with us after the Trainee period.   

As a Trainee you will belong to one or more client engagement teams. Our projects help clients navigate significant changes, such as strategic transformations, ERP implementations, workforce transformations and personnel development initiatives. As part of engagement team, your tasks may include participating in data gathering and analysis and preparing client materials, among others. You may also get to assist in selling of these services.   
   
Our Human Capital practice deals with people factors that affect an organization’s performance. We partner with our clients to develop their organization, workforce and HR function. We leverage research, analytics, and industry insights to create business-driven HR, talent and change solutions. We deliver genuine change for our clients by combining our team’s creativity, expertise, and ability to think differently.

To succeed in this role, we hope you also have:   

• good analytical and communication skills   

• an ability and interest in visualizing and presenting complex information in a clear and concise way   

• recently finished or almost finished master studies on relevant field (e.g Business, Organization & leadership, Industrial management, Human resources management, Adult Education, Psychology, Communications) with excellent grades   

• fluency in English and in Finnish, both written and oral   

• relevant work experience and international experience are considered as an advantage
