About the role:
The role is responsible for proactively drive NRM agenda and target achievement (incr.GP contributed by NRM), by working with cross functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance and other teams in CE, etc.) to identify and drive NRM opportunities through 5 strategic pillars – Pricing, PPA, Mix Management, Promo management and Trade investment management to achieve optimized financial flow. It is also responsible for GTN rebate calculation to improve the accuracy and reasonableness of GTN fees.
Key responsibilities:
Formulation of GTN strategy and methodologies:
Analyze the current situation of investment efficiency of marketing resources (GTN), and put forward the optimization direction of rules and methodologies
Undertake the company's marketing resource management goals, and transform high-level management orientation into specific marketing resource (GTN) investment rules and methodologies
NRM strategy execution and tracking:
Through the refinement of rules and processes, data calculation, the implementation of marketing resource (GTN) investment rules is effectively implemented
Track and monitor the use of marketing resources (GTNs) to propose and drive optimizations
Handle grievances arising from the calculation and execution of GTN rebates
Day-to-day management of the NRM team:
Lead, manage and guide the NRM team, assist team members to work efficiently, and promote the professional development of team members
Coordinate the cooperation and docking between the NRM team and various departments in daily work
Qualifications and skills:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
Languages: Fluent in spoken, written, listen and read English and Chinese.
Experience: 10 + years FMCG / Consumer goods industry or retail industry experience, with trade marketing, Finance BP, Pricing, Business intelligence/insights, etc.
Stronge cross functional communication skills.
Proactive and can-do attitude, drive to deliver.
In-depth data/information analytic skills.
Mature leadership and people management skills.
Be able to navigate across key stakeholders with high engagement level. Feel comfortable and be able to perform in an agile way to move things forward.
Preferred:
Strong intellectual curiosity, strong business sense, data analytical skills, as well as great project management capability with matured leadership style.
Deliberative, open minded, take initiative and have full responsibility & ownership on work.
Very familiar with how to create value for business from NRM standpoint and be able to think out of box, and brave to drive things forward from ambiguity.
