Regional Business Office Manager, Care Network


We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Regional Business Office Manager to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our Care Network across multiple Missouri locations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare organization committed to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for improving healthcare services.


Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the regional business office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational policies.

- Manage billing, coding, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes to optimize revenue cycle management.

- Supervise and support administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to develop and implement operational strategies.

- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, privacy laws, and organizational standards.

- Facilitate communication between regional offices and corporate headquarters to ensure consistency and alignment.

- Lead initiatives to improve patient experience, staff productivity, and operational workflows.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

- Proven experience in healthcare administration, preferably in a multi-site or regional setting.

- Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, and revenue cycle processes.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare detailed reports.

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and privacy laws.

- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
