About the Role
Description
This position is a Collections and Care team for Lease to own products - They offer leasing to own for furnitures and appliances for home and businesses
- Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Should have prior experience in customer service and collections
- Should have a strong command of the English language
Requirements
- 3 or more CXC subjects
- Must have sales and customer service experience
- At least 2 years of stable employment in previous jobs
- Must be mature and demonstrate stability in employment record
- Ideal candidate must have an eye for detail
- Must have at least 6 months experience in collections
- Excellent written communication skills
- Candidate should be able demonstrate strong work ethic
