About the Role

Description


As a Quality Inspector, you will support the design and development of high-quality power conversion systems by performing detailed inspections and audits across components, assemblies, internal processes, and external suppliers. You will work closely with a collaborative team to identify quality gaps, ensure compliance with requirements and industry standards, and help drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supplier operations.


This role plays a critical part in ensuring products meet regulatory, safety, and customer expectations.


Requirements


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality inspections on components and assemblies to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Review specifications and inspect incoming materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Identify non-conforming materials and in-house quality issues; promptly notify appropriate teams of deviations.
  • Comply with written work instructions to perform inspections and document findings.
  • Prepare impact assessments for process and procedural deviations.
  • Generate and issue Quality Alerts as required.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, including vendors, contractors, collaborators, and other relevant organizations.
  • Prepare audit reports and support follow-up activities to ensure corrective actions are completed and compliant.
  • Perform equipment calibration, routine maintenance, and minor repairs as required.
  • Maintain quality records, departmental files, documentation, and databases.
  • Generate quality reports for management and other stakeholders, as needed.
  • Understand and comply with company ethics standards and proprietary information requirements.
  • Support special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 2–4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, product/process validation, and computer/equipment validation.
  • Knowledge of electronics, manufacturing environments, and/or electrical equipment preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise, and timely written and verbal reports.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
