Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Project Manager for a full-time, onsite position in New York. The Project Manager will work directly with subcontractors and customers to support day-to-day operations and deliver energy savings projects in a timely and safe manner. The immediate project is located at Queens College in Queens.

COMPENSATION

• Assemble Bid Packages

• Prepare Comparative Analyses Of Bids Received
• Track And Manage Projects Using Willdan's Proprietary Data Management Software
• Gather And Review Project Documentation
• Administer And Ensure Compliance With Hazardous Waste Rules And Lamp Disposal / Recycling Of Products
• Monitor Program Tasks, Reporting And Follow-Up On Progress And Achievements
• Communicate Directly With Internal Staff, Contractors And Customers
• Participate In Areas Critical To Program Success

Requirements

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• 3-5 Years Of Experience In Energy Efficiency Or Project Management REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• U.S. Citizen Or Permanent Resident REQUIRED
• Ability To Communicate Effectively With Clients And Work Collaboratively With Staff REQUIRED
• Strong Organizational Skills With Ability To Manage Projects From Inception To Close REQUIRED
• Strong Customer Service Practices And Attention To Detail REQUIRED
• Knowledge Of Spreadsheets, Project Management Programs, Word Processing, Presentation, Workflow And Program Tracking Tools REQUIRED
• Ability To Work At Customer Sites REQUIRED

Preferred
• Knowledge Of Energy-Saving Lighting, HVAC And Refrigeration Measures Preferred
• CEM, CEA, LEED AP Or Another Relevant Industry Credential Is A Plus
