Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Guardrail Foreman for a full-time, onsite opportunity in Kingston Springs, Tennessee. This upper-level position combines hands-on physical work with project management, crew leadership, equipment operation, safety oversight, and onsite communication. Travel is required and includes frequent overnight stays.

COMPENSATION
• $90,000-$100,000
• Full-Time With Hourly Or Salary Options

ROLE
• Manage, Motivate And Prioritize Work For A Crew
• Demonstrate Techniques To Ensure Project Completion
• Process Blueprints, Specifications, Work Orders And Measurements
• Maintain A Safe Work Environment
• Ensure Crew Members Wear Required PPE
• Operate And Maintain Construction Machinery
• Operate Equipment Including Forklifts, Skid Steers, Bucket Trucks And Excavators
• Coordinate With DOT Officials
• Coordinate With Subcontractors
• Communicate With Home Office Management
• Submit Weekly Timesheets And Safety Checklists Through Mobile Apps Or Computer
• Perform Site Housekeeping
• Handle Materials
• Maintain Tool Organization

Requirements

Requirements
• Must Be At Least 18 Years Old REQUIRED
• Valid Driver's License REQUIRED
• OSHA 10 Certification REQUIRED
• Forklift Training REQUIRED
• Ability To Manage, Motivate And Prioritize Work For A Crew REQUIRED
• Ability To Process Blueprints, Specifications, Work Orders And Measurements REQUIRED
• Ability To Operate And Maintain Construction Machinery REQUIRED
• Ability To Travel With Frequent Overnight Stays REQUIRED
• Time Management And Complex Problem-Solving Skills REQUIRED
• Basic Technology Literacy REQUIRED
