About the Role

Description

Primary Job Duties:


  • Support production operations for all maintenance requirements, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Perform preventive, predictive and routine inspection maintenance on CNC machines, centerless grinders, heat treat ovens and other equipment.
  • Major machine component troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs such as drives, motors, pumps, spindles, ball screws, mechanical and electrical evaluation.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.



Requirements

  • Ability to read blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs as necessary.
  • Experience with electrical diagnostics including three phase power as well as 120VAC and 24VDC control circuits.
  • Must be able to frequently perform physical activities that require considerable use of the arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
  • Must be able to lift 50Lbs.
