About the Role
Overview
Doel:
Om ervoor te zorgen dat beide fabrieken op het terrein in Geleen betrouwbaar functioneren en dat het onderhoud volgens de planning wordt uitgevoerd.
Responsibilities
Hoofdactiviteiten en/of verantwoordelijkheden:
- Inplannen en opvolgen van correctief en preventief onderhoud (inclusief benodigde werkvoorbereiding)
- Het definiëren/plannen en uitvoeren van kleine (verbeterings-) projecten
- Ondersteuning bij complexe reparaties
- Organiseren en aansturen van contractors
- Planning/voorbereiding en tracking van turnarounds (EPG of PPG)
- Beheerder brandmeldcentrale (BMC)
- Validatie van de naleving van de E&I-procedures
- Goedkeuring van E-loto op locatie.
- Opvolgen van correcte afhandeling van werkorders
- Magazijn- en onderdelenbeheer
- Regelmatige afstemming van reliability engineer
- Identificeer de opleidingsbehoeften van de technici
Nevenactiviteiten:
- Registratie/implementatie en afsluiting van MOC's
- Assisteren bij PHA-inspanningen op locatie
- Assisteren bij opstellen van SWP’s en gap-analyses
- Vervangende installatieverantwoordelijke

Bevoegdheden:
- Bevoegd tot het opstellen, aanpassen en beheren van alle tot de vakdiscipline behorende SWP,s en SOP’s.
- Bevoegd tot het aansturen van contractors en bestellen van materialen en diensten.
- Stoppen van onveilige handelingen/activiteiten
- Escaleren van kwesties die niet opgelost kunnen worden betreffende belangrijkste activiteiten van SQRE en waar actie genomen moet worden.
- Bevoegd tot het uitvoeren van alle activiteiten welke horen bij de taak van de Installatie- en werkverantwoordelijke voor de Geleen site, volgens NEN3140 en Arbobesluit
