About the Role
岗位职责：
1. 测试体系搭建：制定整机测试标准与验收规范（SIP），建立自动化测试平台。
2. 专项测试策划：主导清洁能力、越障能力、噪音、寿命、高低温等专项测试。
3. 问题分析闭环：对测试发现的Bug进行根因分析，推动研发修复并回归验证。
岗位职责：
1. 测试理论：熟悉黑盒/白盒测试方法，能编写高质量的测试用例。
2. 数据分析：熟练使用Python/Matlab/Excel进行测试数据分析，输出可视化报告。
3. 用户体验：具备良好的用户视角，能从真实使用场景出发挖掘潜在问题。
