Waiter (Fine Dining Experienced)

Job Summary: We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Fine Dining Waiters in our luxury cafe in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These roles are integral to delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidates will possess a deep understanding of fine dining etiquette, impeccable service standards, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities (Waiter):

• Warmly greet and welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Possess a comprehensive understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens, to confidently answer guest inquiries and offer recommendations.
• Accurately record guest orders, ensuring special requests and dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes with grace and efficiency, adhering to proper etiquette and timing standards.
• Offer expert guidance on beverage selections, ensuring guests enjoy a well-rounded culinary experience.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of tables, ensuring a pleasant dining environment for guests.
• Accurately process guest payments and ensure a smooth checkout experience.

Additional Responsibilities (Senior Waiter):

• Train and guide junior waitstaff, sharing knowledge and expertise to elevate the overall service standards.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with professionalism and tact, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Oversee the flow of service on the floor, ensuring seamless coordination between waitstaff and kitchen staff.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager/Supervisor in managing shifts, ensuring smooth operations and efficient service delivery.

• Can speak English well, and Arabic (preferred but not required)
• Fine Dining Waiter: Minimum of 1 year experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Senior Fine Dining Waiter: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, impeccable grooming and presentation, ability to work under pressure, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, beverage pairings, and food safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
