Customer Service & Sales Support - Barcodes

Barcodes Group is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support professional to join our team in Coburg.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be the person customers and suppliers can rely on to keep things moving. You’ll spend your day speaking with customers, responding to enquiries, processing orders and quotes, coordinating deliveries and making sure the details are right.

The role:

• Answering customer calls and taking phone orders
• Responding to customer enquiries via email
• Preparing quotes and entering sales orders
• Working with suppliers and internal teams to keep orders moving

• Learning our range of printers, scanners, labels and other technology products
• Helping customers identify the right product based on their requirements

You are someone who:

• Enjoys talking to people
• Likes moving fast and clearing inboxes
• Is friendly, professional and easy to deal with
• Is highly organised and has excellent attention to detail
• Is confident speaking with customers on the phone

• Is comfortable learning technical product specifications

We provide training and resources to help you build your product knowledge. You should, however, be someone who enjoys learning and can become confident understanding the differences between products and models quickly. 

Experience in customer service, administration, sales support or a similar role is an advantage.

The details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
• Based in Coburg
• $65,000–$80,000 + Super depending on your experience. 
• Training provided
