Ce que vous ferez au quotidien (après formation) :

  • Piloter les installations : Superviser et régler des machines automatisées de pointe.

  • Garantir la qualité : Contrôler le bon déroulement de la fabrication et veiller à la qualité du produit final.

  • Résoudre les problèmes : Diagnostiquer les petites pannes et réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau.

  • Travailler en équipe : Échanger avec la maintenance et la qualité, et proposer des idées pour améliorer le poste.

Le prérequis n°1 n'est pas votre CV technique, mais votre posture et votre état d'esprit.

Profil recherché

Savoir-être

Rigueur, ponctualité, esprit d'équipe et bonne communication.

Motivation & Curiosité

Envie d'apprendre un nouveau métier, intérêt pour le secteur industriel et les technologies.

Capacité d'adaptation

Logique, réactivité face aux imprévus et envie de développer vos compétences.

Prérequis techniques

Une première sensibilité technique ou manuelle est un plus (bricolage, diplôme technique de base ou simple logique mécanique), mais votre potentiel prime.

Statut

Inscription comme demandeur d'emploi nécessaire pour accéder à la prise en charge POEI.
