About the Role
<p>We are looking for an Associate Product Manager, Delivery to help turn product priorities into clear, well-organized work for our engineering and design teams.</p>
<p>Working closely with our Product Lead, you will help define new features, prepare upcoming work, coordinate requirements, and track sprint progress. You will bring structure and clarity to the product-development process while growing your product-management skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.</p>
<p>This is a great opportunity for someone early in their product career who is organized, curious, and comfortable collaborating across different disciplines.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Draft feature scopes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria with guidance from the Product Lead.</li>
<li>Help maintain and organize the product backlog.</li>
<li>Prepare features and tasks for refinement and sprint planning.</li>
<li>Coordinate requirements and open questions between product, engineering, and design.</li>
<li>Track sprint status, delivery progress, dependencies, and blockers.</li>
<li>Keep the team and relevant stakeholders informed about progress and changes.</li>
<li>Support planning, refinement, reviews, and other product-delivery meetings.</li>
<li>Document product requirements, decisions, and changes.</li>
<li>Gather the information needed for prioritization discussions.</li>
<li>Contribute recommendations while the Product Lead retains final prioritization responsibility.</li>
<li>Help improve the team’s product-development and delivery processes.</li>
<li>Take on greater product ownership as your skills and experience develop.</li>

<ul>
<li>Upcoming features and tasks are documented clearly and prepared on time.</li>
<li>Sprint progress, dependencies, and blockers are visible to the team.</li>
<li>Product decisions and requirement changes are consistently documented.</li>
<li>Engineering and design know where to find the information they need.</li>
<li>Open questions are identified and brought to the right people early.</li>
<li>The Product Lead has reliable support across planning, prioritization, and delivery.</li>
<li>You begin handling smaller features with increasing independence.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in product management, project coordination, business analysis, software delivery, design, QA, or a related area. Relevant internships and working-student experience may count.</li>
<li>Some experience working with software engineering, design, or other multidisciplinary teams.</li>
<li>The ability to turn discussions and ideas into clear written requirements and action items.</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Clear and thoughtful written and verbal communication.</li>
<li>Confidence in following up on open questions, dependencies, and commitments.</li>
<li>Curiosity about users, technology, and how digital products are built.</li>
<li>A collaborative mindset and willingness to ask questions and learn.</li>
<li>Basic familiarity with agile product development and tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or Confluence.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Helpful, but not required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience writing user stories or acceptance criteria.</li>
<li>Familiarity with sprint planning, backlog refinement, or software-release processes.</li>
<li>Enough technical curiosity to learn about APIs, data flows, system dependencies, and implementation trade-offs.</li>
<li>Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or another quickly changing environment.</li>
</ul>
