About The Company
Headstart Health empowers Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to build, own, and grow independent ABA practices. Starting and running a practice shouldn't mean navigating it alone. We provide the business infrastructure, operational expertise, technology, and ongoing support clinicians need to confidently launch and scale successful practices—while maintaining the autonomy to deliver care their way. Our mission is to remove the barriers to practice ownership, empower clinician entrepreneurs, and strengthen the future of ABA by helping more BCBAs become independent practice owners who make a lasting impact in their communities.
About the Role

We’re hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work with BCBA-owned practices that prioritize strong supervision, realistic caseloads, and real support for clinicians.

This means that you won’t be reporting into a large corporate structure – you’ll be working directly with BCBAs who own their practices and have been in your shoes.

To kick things off, we’re also offering a $500 sign-on bonus!

Here’s What Makes These Roles Different:

  • Direct BCBA mentorship and support
  • Thoughtful caseloads built by clinicians
  • Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options to fit your life
  • Career growth opportunity with paid trainings and a path to become a BCBA
  • Empowering work with guaranteed autonomy to think creatively and problem-solve

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work 1:1 with children following individualized treatment plans
  • Track progress and communicate with families
  • Meet weekly with your BCBA for coaching and support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active RBT Certification
  • Reliable transportation to get to client’s homes
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college is a plus, but not required!)
  • Must be 18 or older
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Comfortable moving around, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs

Ready to join a mission-driven, supportive team? Apply today and help us bring better care to the families who need it most!
