About the Role:

Are you an experienced mining operator with skills across multiple pieces of heavy mobile equipment? Alcoa is looking for motivated, safety-conscious All Round Mining Operators to join our operations. As an All Round Mining Operator, you'll use your skills across a variety of heavy mobile equipment, contributing to safe, efficient and reliable mining operations within our Development and Rehabilitation teams. Opportunities are available on either a 7:7 roster or a 4 days on 5 days off roster (combination of days and nights), supporting a balanced and rewarding lifestyle.

We're seeking experienced operators with demonstrated capability across multiple types of heavy mobile equipment, a strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to work. You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, take pride in delivering quality outcomes and contribute to our culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Operating Experience:

Applicants must be proficient in operating 2 or more of the below machinery:

• Komatsu PC3400 & PC2000 Large Excavator

• CAT 993 Loader

• D10 & D11 Dozer

• Komatsu 375 & 475 Dozer

• CAT 16 & 18 Grader

• CAT 637 Scraper

• Komatsu 730E Trucks & CAT 785, 789 Trucks

About the Location

Huntly is one of our two bauxite mines in Western Australia. Established in 1976 and located east of North Dandalup in WA, it is the world’s second largest bauxite mine, supplying ore to Alcoa’s Pinjarra alumina refinery.
