Who you are:

• Through well maintained quality system and quality control in the production process, ensure quality activities are effectively implemented in the factory.

About the job:

• Lead and maintain ISO9001 quality system, implement ASME BPE‑specific technical compliance requirements, conduct internal audits and process audits, and drive closure of all corrective actions to ensure closed loop, ensure system compliance.

主导并维护ISO9001质量体系，落实ASME BPE合规要求，开展内审与过程稽核，推动各项整改措施，确保闭环，确保体系合规。

• Establish and unify internal quality standards, review inspection specifications, and standardize quality judgment bases across the entire factory, and deliver internal training for updated standards and special technical requirements.

建立并统一内部质量标准，审核检验规范，规范全厂质量判定依据，针对更新后的标准及专项技术要求开展对内培训。 

• Identify process quality risks, lead root‑cause analysis for batch and complex non‑conformities, and deliver corrective and preventive improvement plans, ensure closed loop management

识别制程质量风险，主导批量及复杂不合格问题的根本原因分析，输出纠正与预防改善方案，做到闭环管理。

• Participate in new project roll out, new process development and PPAP documentation prepare and internal review, perform quality risk assessment for new‑product as well as drawing and process changes;

参与新项目导入、新工艺开发及PPAP相关资料编制与内部评审，并对新产品导入、图纸及工艺变更开展质量风险评估。

• Conduct quality data analysis, evaluate non-conformity trends to identify potential quality risks in advance.

开展质量数据分析，研判不良趋势，提前识别潜在质量风险。

• Lead internal special quality improvement and process capability enhancement, and drive continuous optimization of process quality

主导质量专项改善、过程能力提升，推动制程质量持续优化。

• Support to complete internal technical root‑cause analysis for customer complaints.

协助完成客户投诉的内部技术根因分析。

What you know:

• Bachelor degree or above and majored in Mechanical or related.

本科及以上学历，主修机械或相关专业

• About 3-5 years of working experience as quality engineer or quality system engineer,and prior experience in automotive industry is preferred.

3-5年以上质量工程师或体系相关工作经验, 汽车行业尤佳

• Good communication skills both in Chinese and English

良好的中英文沟通能力

• Proficient in mastering and applying quality control methods and statistical techniques.
