As a Field Specialist - Artificial Lift, you will be responsible for:

·       Performing installation/pulling of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) and associated equipment in onshore oil and water wells

·       Working unsupervised, monitoring, trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment in order to maximize well productivity and ESP run life

·       Leading the field service team with confidence ensuring positive customer outcomes

·       Performing well in a team environment

·       Handling special projects as assigned

·       Conducting business activities in accordance with HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

·       Have a minimum of 2-8 years of technical experience in running Electrical Submersible Pump or Artificial Lift tools or equipment

·       Have a Technical Diploma in Electrical Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or higher

·       Have experience with ESP installations using Y-Tool

·       Have analytical skills to route ESP problems during troubleshooting

·       Have valid offshore experience

·       Have experience with POD system installation, well pre-commissioning activities, and well commissioning and start-up activities.

·       Have strong customer focus, communication, interpersonal, and team working skills
