Make a real difference to residents’ day-to-day lives through connection, coordination, and care.

We’re looking for a compassionate, organised and people-focused Resident Services Coordinator to support residents living in our Serviced Apartments.

This role is about building trusted relationships with residents and their families, recognising when needs are changing, and coordinating the right support at the right time. You’ll work closely with village teams and external providers to help residents remain independent, safe and well supported in their daily lives.

  • Proactively identify residents whose needs are changing
  • Coordinate and follow up support and care services across village teams

  • Ensure services are delivered as agreed and accurately recorded

This is a part time role working Tuesday - Thursday, 10:30am - 5pm.

Qualifications

About you

You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, takes pride in staying organised, and is motivated by helping others feel supported and confident in their day-to-day lives.

This role suits someone who:

  • Is naturally proactive and notices when something isn’t quite right
  • Is organised, reliable, and good at following things through
  • Is comfortable working across different teams and roles
  • Brings empathy, good judgement and a calm, solutions-focused approach

Experience in customer service, care coordination, community services, housing, hospitality, or a similar people-focused role will be an advantage.
