About the Role

Country Fresh is seeking a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving production performance, promoting a culture of safety and quality, and developing high-performing teams. Shift:  3rd shift

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
  • Monitor production equipment, coordinate repairs, and ensure proper sanitation standards are maintained.
  • Champion food safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Oversee production scheduling, staffing, and material readiness to meet customer demand.
  • Coach, train, and develop team members while fostering employee engagement and accountability.
  • Manage employee performance, timekeeping, corrective actions, and labor relations matters as needed.
  • Investigate and report workplace incidents and support ongoing safety initiatives and training.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of food manufacturing experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams while driving a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
