About the Role

Description

Looking to become a team member at a top tier award winning personal injury law firm? 


What's the role:

· Conduct monthly case reviews

· Perform client interviews and gather information for case development

· Communication with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters

· Request, review, and analyze medical records and bills 

· Draft and send demand letters to insurance adjusters

· Build and sustain excellent rapport with clients 

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files throughout each case's lifecycle

· Ensure clients feel supported and informed

· HAVE SOME FUN

· $65k-80k annually plus bonus

Requirements

What do you need to bring to the table:


· Thrives in a high-paced exciting environment

· Ability to manage a high volume of cases while supporting multiple attorneys

· Highly detail-oriented, efficient and accuracy in all aspects of case management

· 1-3 years' experience in pre-litigation case management

· Auto accident claims knowledge VERY helpful

· Knowledge of personal injury law and insurance claims process

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable software systems

· Bilingual: English/Spanish Required
