About the Role
  • 7+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with strong ownership of enterprise CI/CD platforms.
  • Deep experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub, including pipeline design, automation, repository governance, branching strategies, and release management.
  • Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and experience supporting Azure-hosted and on-premises environments.
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices, including security scanning, compliance controls, IAM/RBAC, and governance within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language: PowerShell, Python, Go, or TypeScript.
  • Experience supporting containerized workloads and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
  • Familiarity with monitoring, logging, observability, and operational support of DevOps platforms.
  • Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and interest in applying AI/automation to DevOps workflows.
  • Understanding of cloud cost optimization (FinOps) concepts and cost-aware engineering practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to partner with development, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams.
