At Diamond, our Dispatchers are the heartbeat of our operation. You’ll connect customers, technicians, managers, and sales teams while keeping the day running smoothly across HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules for maximum efficiency. 
• Answer calls and communicate with customers and field technicians. 
• Schedule estimates, sold jobs, follow-ups, and service calls. 
• Adjust schedules when emergencies, delays, or cancellations happen. 
• Manage technician on-call schedules. 
• Coordinate with managers, technicians, sales, and customer service teams. 
• Debrief technicians after jobs and help resolve customer concerns. 
• Pull permits and coordinate inspections. 
• Process purchase orders, invoices, warranties, and job documentation. 
• Track Quiet Cool & Generac inventory and order equipment as needed. 
• Follow up on outstanding customer balances and assist with month-end goals. 

Requirements

• Loves solving problems and finding solutions. 
• Can multitask without losing the details. 
• Communicate confidently and professionally. 
• Stays calm when the schedule gets crazy. 
• Is organized, proactive, and accountable. 
• Has a strong customer service mindset. 
• Can work well with technicians, managers, customers, and multiple departments. 
• Isn't afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen. 
• Learns technology and new systems quickly. 

Experience with ServiceTitan, dispatching, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services is a plus!
