Westmoor is a nationally-recognized private country club in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Members enjoy an 18-hole golf course, a heated swimming pool, clay and hard tennis courts, world-class cuisine, exciting events, spectacular surroundings, and much more.
Before its formal establishment in 1925, Westmoor Country Club was 125 acres of quaint Wisconsin farmland. Meanwhile, golf was booming across the Midwest with many private clubs and public courses taking shape with much anticipation.
To serve the western part of the greater Milwaukee area, enthusiasts took those fields and created Westmoor Country Club. Their commitment was to more than just sport—it was to family and fellowship as well.
Within two months of announcing its formation, Westmoor had more than 300 people interested in membership. The first golf course and clubhouse were built over the next two years, with the opening day of the course and the first dinner dance both held in May of 1927.
Hosting many major golf events, expanding food services, and remodeling club facilities over the next several decades made Westmoor a staple of the region and beyond by the time the City of Brookfield was incorporated in 1954. The pool and tennis facilities were then added in 1963 and 1974, respectively, solidifying Westmoor as a country club that is a true second home to its members and their guests.

About the Role
Description
Expeditors at Westmoor Country Club will ensure the efficient flow of orders from the back-of-house kitchen team to the front-of-house service team for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available.
Part-time (20-25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.
Responsibilities
- Deliver orders from the kitchen to the appropriate dining area in a timely manner
- Assist the lead expeditor in the final preparation of dishes
- Set-up and maintain buffets
- Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
- Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
- Assist in daily set-up and take-down of dining facilities to include moving furniture
- Maintain cleanliness of expeditor areas of the kitchen
- Assist with stocking work stations, re-setting vacated tables, private event set-up, organize storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the dining areas
Requirements
- Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings
- Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned
