Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, including process flow diagrams (PFDs), P&IDs, material balances, and process specifications.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, yield, quality, capacity utilization, operational efficiency, and cost performance across the plant.
  • Analyze process and production data to identify trends, troubleshoot operational issues, uncover improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions with measurable results.
  • Drive operational excellence projects through process optimization, workflow improvements, time and motion studies, and implementation of best engineering practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) standards by conducting risk assessments, HAZOP studies, and implementing safe operating processes.
  • Manage and support capital investment (CAPEX) projects, including planning, engineering design, equipment selection, commissioning, start-up, and performance validation.
  • Provide technical expertise for process scale-up and manufacturing transfers, supporting the transition from pilot-scale development to full-scale commercial production.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, R&D, and external manufacturing partners to achieve seamless process integration, project execution, and continuous improvement objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement new technologies, equipment, and industry best practices to improve plant reliability, sustainability, process capability, and long-term operational performance.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or continuous improvement within a production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience in data-driven process improvement projects, including production efficiency, quality enhancement, cost reduction, and CAPEX implementation.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
