Requirements

DISPLAYS PROFESSIONALISM AND LEADERSHIP. 

HAS ATTENDED AND PASSED MOST OF THE TRAINING OFFERED FOR EQUIPMENT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OR DEMONSTRATED EXPERT LEVEL TECHNICAL SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.
