Ripco Credit Union is a member of the National Credit Union Association and the Wisconsin Credit Union League. Membership is open to all persons residing or employed in Oneida, Forest, Vilas, Langlade, Lincoln or Price County. What You'll Do

As our Community Development Officer, you will:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with local businesses, organizations, community leaders, and      public officials
  • Represent Ripco Credit Union at community events and networking opportunities
  • Increase awareness of Ripco's products, services, and community involvement
  • Support strategies that enhance our market presence and community impact
  • Help communicate and promote Ripco's vision, mission, and values throughout the communities we serve

Location

This position is based in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, proudly known as the Home of the Hodag and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Northwoods.


Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional evenings or weekends for community events as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Business development, community relations, sales, financial services, or relationship management experience preferred.
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus but not required
