Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000

Position Summary

Revere Housing is hiring an Investment Associate to support the Acquisitions and Investments team. Reporting to the Executive team, this is a hands-on role spanning deal sourcing support, underwriting, due diligence, and transaction execution on complex urban multifamily assets, note purchases and strategic investments.


What You'll Do


Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Support

  • Support broker and counterparty relationships, helping keep Revere top-of-mind for off-market urban multifamily deals

Underwriting & Valuation

  • Lead the day-to-day analysis of acquisition opportunities across Revere's West Coast multifamily target markets 
  • Build and run dynamic pro-forma models 
  • Pull comparable sales data and verify real-time rent comps and cap rates via databases and local market contacts

Deal Communication & Market Diligence

  • Draft investment committee memos - narrative summaries, risk assessments, and investment theses used to pitch institutional joint-venture partners
  • Present potential investment opportunities to the Executive team
  • Travel to target West Coast urban submarkets to tour assets, assess market fundamentals, and benchmark competing buildings

Transaction Execution & Closing

  • Support team with due diligence - coordinating inspectors, lawyers, title companies, and lenders to push deals to closing
  • Manage the flow of underwriting to banks and debt providers so financing and the capital stack close on schedule

AI Optimization

  • Utilize company-approved AI tools (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to automate workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and work more resourcefully across modeling, research, and diligence.

Requirements

  

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3+ years of relevant experience in real estate investing, finance, or a related field
  • Bachelors degree, minimum. Degree in business, finance, economics, or economics preferred, but not required. 
  • Strong financial modeling skills; advanced Excel proficiency is a must
  • Working knowledge of loan and debt analysis and real estate financing structures
  • Familiarity or direct experience modeling assets in rent-controlled or highly regulated urban West Coast markets is preferred
  • Eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow into greater ownership over time
  • Comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently and productively
  • Genuine curiosity and drive is essential. 
  • Based in or willing to relocate to the Bay Area; able to be in-office 4 days/week
